At AFERIY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
